Upgrade Drill
Upgrade Drill boots real stellar-core containers on one machine, runs a scripted upgrade vote, and reports what each node did. Here you can replay four real runs, observation by observation.
What was run
Recorded GitHub Actions workflow "Verify all scenarios" (.github/workflows/verify-scenarios.yml) · 2026-09-30 · commit 67a98f2 · source
Files are the unmodified workflow artifacts, copied byte for byte (JSON report schemaVersion 2, including the raw per-node snapshots).
The description is read from the scenario file at the pinned commit. The recorded reports were captured before some descriptions were corrected, so a report's own copy may read differently.
Command:
Replay
RecordedEvery observation the tool made, in order. Each step is one poll of every node.

A final protocol of 0 means the network never adopted an upgrade: a fresh network starts at ledger protocol 0. See the project page for how to read this.

Quorum arithmetic
SimulatedThis is a calculation of the threshold rule, not stellar-core. A threshold percentage rounds up to a number of validators that must agree. It matches the recorded runs: with 3 validators at 67%, all 3 must agree (so one non-voting validator blocked the whole network), and stopping 2 of 5 stalled the network. Only the 3-validator case was confirmed directly.
